Gorgeous and fashionable bags don’t have to be the crazy expensive kind from Chanel or the environmentally disastrous kind from Zara.
We can actually make them ourselves!
Our own closets and local second-hand stores are brimming with unwanted clothes in the wrong shape and size, but in beautiful fabrics that can be turned into bags.
This is a truly sustainable and inexpensive resource that unfortunately often ends up in a landfill where it pollutes the soil and the water.
Let’s spend an exciting, fun, and meaningful day or two together, where we design and sew stunning bags that will make any fast fashion influencer green with envy.
I will personally guide you through each step of the process, and you’ll walk away knowing my best couture techniques for creating gorgeous pieces in an easy way.
The workshop is perfect for anyone with a basic knowledge of sewing, and the organizer must provide sewing machines.

I’m sure you own a gorgeous dress, blouse, skirt or shirt that has the potential to become a Fashion Week show stopper, but tragically looks totally “blah” right now.
– Maybe the shape is lifeless and weird.
– Maybe it never fitted you in the first place.
– Or, maybe this masterpiece is ruined by spaghetti bolognes and cabernet sauvignon.
I’d LOVE to help you upcycle the hidden gems from the back of your closet, or perhaps you’d rather go on a wild treasure hunt at your local charity shop before we meet.
